Chiropractic Frequently Asked Questions
Ql. Why would I choose you as my chiropractor?
The truth is that most chiropractors do about 10% of what we do at Identity Chiropractic. In addition to what a 'typical' chiropractor may do, we offer many other services like soft tissue treatment, exercise programming, and rehab exercise. Most important, any treatment plan given is custom tailored to your specific needs. One size never fits all at Identity.
Q2. I don't want to be adjusted, do I have to be?
NO! We choose to utilize several other techniques to assist in treatment opposed to treatment only consisting of adjustments. We find that this helps our patients get better results, more quickly.
Q3. I'm going to physical therapy, why would I come see you?
Identity provides all of the same services that a typical physical therapy clinic would. The difference is the time and personal attention you get at our clinic. Your entire visit is spent 1-1 with a doctor. We don't pass you to an aide or an assistant.
Q4. What type of patients do you work with?
1: Moms! We work with moms in all stages - during pregnancy to help alleviate aches, pains and discomforts as well as prep for labor and birth and postpartum, working on recovery, strength and resilience to feel better and better provide for you new little one.
2: Babies! We specialize in treatment of kids anywhere from newborn (we’ve worked with kids as young as 3 days old) up to 18 years old. With a focus on tongue ties/ lip ties, functional growth patterns, torticollis, gas, colic and more, we LOVE working with littles.
3) Active adults 30-64 who have been injured while exercising and who are looking to get back to exercise, pain free.
4) Adults 30-64 who would like to be active but get hurt every time they try to exercise.
5) Weekend Warriors who love to play sports but work long stressful hours and don't always have the time to get the proper medical care they need.
6) People who take their health very seriously and prefer alternative medicine and fixing the root cause opposed to a pill as a bandaid.
